Working with award winning Callalie Cakes, I created premium social content for their masterclasses from ASMR style kitchen reels with carefully synced sound design to clean engaging testimonial videos. I captured discreet close up details using the DJI Osmo Pocket, iPhone 14 Pro, Ray-Ban Meta and DJI Mic, then crafted smooth edits with polished audio, voiceovers, subtle transitions and playful visual effects. Working closely from each bookings creative brief, I delivered content designed to feel effortless, premium and highly engaging for foodie audiences and most importantly for the clients engagement.

For my own business, moviemoments, I conceptualised filmed and edited a cinematic launch video built around nostalgia and emotion. Combining beat-matched editing with atmospheric music, grainy camcorder footage and fleeting moments from occasions... I deliberately shifted between polished contemporary visuals and authentic home video memories to build anticipation and emotional impact. The result reflects my love of music video inspired storytelling and my ability to use sound, pacing and layered visuals to give a brand launch its own distinctive identity.

For Jaiyement! An event series by DJ KB La Maestra celebrating authentic party culture and community, I filmed and edited a high energy launch video designed to capture the atmosphere of the experience. Shot aboard a party bus during KB’s DJ set, I combined music video led cinematography with personalised audio mixing, visual and lighting effects and dynamic movement to heighten the energy of the night. The edit was crafted to immerse viewers in the atmosphere and build excitement around the Jaiyement experience.

A recurring Instagram Reel series I planned, filmed and edited in 2020: transforming old clothing into completely new wearable pieces. Combining fashion,
modelling and transformation-led storytelling the edits used energetic pacing and visual sequencing to make the creative process easy to follow.

A return to the Friday Flips concept reimagined as polished tutorial content. Structured educational editing using layered voiceover, subtitles, labels, graphics, pricing tags and links within a concise three minute format. Custom Canva designed intros and outros and detailed audio editing created a premium episode style viewing experience.

A romantic/nostalgic mashup bringing together Live Photos from different summers and memorable moments. Transforming still moments into a flowing visual story. And a more fast paced Instagram Reel built around rhythm and timing and intentional clip selection. I experimented with sequencing and transitions to closely match the instruments and crescendos of the soundtrack and create a playful edit where the visuals move naturally with the music.

Sentimental Video Edits
Transforming personal footage into films that preserve memories and become meaningful to watch back for years to come. Long form editing is where I started across birthdays, christenings, and holidays and lockdown home movies...including a 21st birthday music film with nostalgic childhood footage, a full christening film created privately for a family which is presented here as a preview whilst the families have the full film delivered by DVD, and shown below is also an old Christmas home movie edited as a sentimental keepsake. My approach focuses on thoughtful storytelling, music and emotional detail, treating personal moments with the care they deserve while creating films that feel timeless.

I offer filming and photography for clients looking to capture professional visual content for their own use, social media or further editing. For Rayens 'Hairs on My Pillow' release I filmed and edited multiple short-form visual treatments for Spotify Canvas, carefully designed to loop seamlessly while complementing the tone of the music alongside additional footage for social promotion.

FILMING
More Edits, always!
Alongside photography and content capture I also film live events and shape the footage into polished promotional edits. For Knucks’ A Fine African Man album release party I blended live performance audio with additional music and tightly paced cuts to carry the energy of the night, incorporating artist branding and album inspired graphics. The edit was subsequently reposted by both Knucks and No Days Off. For Noname’s live performance at Jazz Cafe I created a concert edit combining performance and crowd footage with animated graphics inspired by the artists discography. This included a play with lyric led moments, transitions and end credits highlighting the accompanying musicians. Both projects demonstrate my ability to capture live atmosphere while using music and graphics to build a distinctive visual treatment.
